This beautiful property is situated in the heart of Llanberis at the foot of Moel Ellio. It is a stone’s throw away from the start of the popular Llanberis path. Whilst set in a beautifully quiet part of Llanberis, it is only a couple of minutes walk from Llanberis high street where you can find a range of supermarkets, outdoor shops and great cafes. I live nearby so will be contactable by email or phone.
The Space
A lovely/cosy cottage with a fantastic open plan front room and dining area and new wood burner, perfect for those crisp winter nights.
Upstairs there are two spacious double rooms, and a bathroom with a shower, bath and toilet.
For those wanting to bring their bikes, there is an outside locked shed- however please let me know in advance if you want access to it.
There is access to a large garden, with spectacular views of Snowdon, the Glyders and the Llanberis pass (These can be seen from the rear bedroom and living room.) During the day you can sit and enjoy the views in the garden and at night gaze at the uninterrupted starry skies. For a break away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life this property would be perfect.
A supply of tea and coffee provided.

Bedroom one has a queen size bed, two bedside tables with storage, two lamps There is a full size wardrobe with plenty of space.
Bedroom two has a double bed, two bedside tables and lamps. There is also a wardrobe.
There is one bathroom with a bath/shower and W/C. There is a heated towel rail and shaver socket. This has all been newly renovated.
The kitchen has plenty of storage for food and enough cookware. There’s a fridge/freezer, electric oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and washing machine.
The living/dining room is a lovely open space with views of Snowdon! There is wood burner, which is lovely to use in the depths of winter.
Location, Location, Location
Llanberis is a lovely village with a lot to offer. It is a dream for anyone who loves the outdoors, with easy access to Snowdon and a beautiful lake just a stone throws away from the house.
The high street is a couple minutes walk away with a selection of shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. There are also lots of walks which start from the back of the house.
